What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2 AM until 8 PM.
Check-out is by 10 AM.
Guests are free to leave their luggage at the reception desk before check-in or after check-out.

Can I check-in after 8 PM?
Yes. Please let us know during the reservation process.

Does the hotel offer a parking area?
Yes, free on-grounds parking is available in our garden.

Will my credit card be billed during the online reservation?
No, your credit card details serve only to guarantee your reservation. No deposit will be charged.

When will you process the payment?
Payment for your stay is processed directly at the Hotel Storyville before check-out.

Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we gladly accepts payments by Visa and MasterCard.
 
What is the cancellation Policy?
You may cancel up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival free of charge. One night will be charged in case of no-show or cancellation within 6 days of the scheduled arrival date.
