Does the staff at Hotel Storyville speak English?
Yes, the staff at Hotel Storyville speaks Italian, English, Spanish and German.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in Time is from 2 PM until 8 PM.
Check-out Time is by 10 AM.
Guests can leave their luggage at the reception before the check-in and after the check-out. Please inform us if the estimated time of arrival is different respect to the times mentioned above as the Reception opening time ends at 12 PM. It is possible to require a late check-out ( see promotions ) by agreeding with the management.
Does the hotel offer a parking area?
Yes, a free parking place is available for our guests in the hotel garden.
Will payments be made during the booking on line?
Credit card details,if not differently specified, as for example "pre-paid rate" or "no frills", will be required only as a guarantee and will not be charged any payment. We reserve the right to verify the validity of the credit card before the arrival, requiring a pre-authorization.
What is the "pre-authorization" and what is for?
Pre-authorization is not a pre-payment.It is only a temporarily block ( max 30 days ) of the total amount of your stay. It is a guarantee that allow us to verify the availability of the total sum at the time of booking.
When the payment can be made?
Payment can be made directly to the reception before departure.
Do you accept payments with credit cards?
Yes, we accepts payments by Visa and MasterCard.
What is the cancellation policy?
It is possible to cancel a booking with no penalty until 7 days before the date of arrival. In case of late cancellation or "no show", the total amount of the stay will be charged on the credit card used for the booking.
The hotel has a lift?
The hotel has no lift.
Are animals accepted?
We accept small size animals previous notice at the time of booking and with a supplement of 10 euros per day.
How are the rooms equipped?
All the rooms are no smoking. They are equipped with standard services: minibar, telephone, hairdryer, wake-up service, heating/fan, Tv 19", Wi-Fi connection and private bathroom.Not all the rooms have got air conditioned.Our bathrooms are small but functional and not all of them have got a bidet. We are aware of these lack but we believe in honesty and transparency that can turn a defect in a value.
