We do our best to keep things serious and formal,though we admit we might not always pull it off perfectly. So, sometimes we dare to make a joke and try to get a laugh. We believe that hospitality also means helping you reduce the stress you bring with you from the cities… 

If you think that this non-intrusive yet friendly attitude might bother you, then please don’t book with us. After all, it’s still about coexisting, and if there’s no empathy, it could be a real mess…

Who even knows Cinquale? Yet, just fifty years ago, it was a marshy area, and now it’s become a neighborhood, or at least a suburb, of Forte dei Marmi (but with Cinquale prices). The center is only 3 km away. You’re interested in the “Mercato del Forte” market on Wednesdays, aren’t you?

As for the beach, it’s just 150 meters away (if you hop over the neighbor’s gate 🙂). We have special agreements for our guests with several beachfront establishments.

The free beach (a WWF oasis) is a fantastic zero-cost option and only 350 meters from the hotel.

Everything is easily accessible. Other coastal cities, from Marina di Massa to Torre del Lago, are even connected by a cycled-path that you’ll find right in front of the hotel.

This area used to be a marshland. We are located within a pine forest, yet we can feel the saltiness from the sea when the wind picks up.

There is a river just 100 meters away, bringing refreshing waters from the Apuan Alps.

We also have Lake Porta, which is only 300 meters from the hotel and features a large area that is home to rare bird species, such as the grey heron.

The hills and mountains are only 4 km away. If you’re a fan of trekking or biking, there’s a vast world for you to explore

We weren’t always animal lovers. Then, Macchia, our first cat, showed up at the check-in desk. She was determined. She really wanted to stay at Storyville.

The following year, among the garden plants, Pepe appeared. He was tiny and defenseless. Today, he’s overweight and makes his presence known when he’s hungry.

We decided to keep them, and above all, to let them be free and unrestricted. We knew this could create problems for our work for many reasons. But instead, we’ve had special guests—animal lovers and families who embrace pets as part of the family.

If you decide to visit, you’ll find them wandering around the hotel and the garden. They won’t see you as intruders, but as two-legged companions.
