This is an affordable room type, ideal for short stays and those who want comfort at a low price with the Residence Formula.

The “Simple Stay” rooms are designed for those seeking simplicity and affordability, NOT RECOMMENDED FOR RADICAL-CHIC SNOBS, and are smaller in size compared to other types. Therefore, read carefully before booking to see if this experience suits you. Many appreciate it, but some find it too basic, so always check your preferences before ruining your stay and discouraging us.

They come with either a double bed or twin beds and cannot accommodate a third bed but are cozy, essential, and equipped with standard amenities. They offer a practical solution for those looking for no-frills accommodation.

Located on the hotel’s basement level, adjacent to the parking lot, the rooms are accessible both through the main entrance with a short descent of 15 stairs and directly from the parking area. The room features standard-sized windows. Small bathroom with a floor-level shower without enclosure and no bidet.

The “Residence Formula” includes only overnight accommodation, without breakfast or daily room cleaning service. However, these services can be booked with an additional fee.

Upon arrival, the room is clean and sanitized, equipped with bed linen and towels, and includes complimentary toiletries. Additional replacements are available for a fee.
