Water for those who need it
Partnership with WAMI: every drink purchased at the hotel provides 100 litres of clean drinking water to communities that lack it. Traceable via QR code on the bottle.
Zero single-use plastic
Since 2022 we use only aluminium cans — infinitely recyclable. PET ends up in the ocean. Aluminium doesn't. The choice was easy.
4 years of 100% renewable electricity
All the hotel's energy comes from renewable sources. LED lighting, A-rated appliances, aerators on all taps. Reduced consumption, zero carbon impact.
Linen every 3 days
Bed linen is changed every 3 days. Towels are replaced only if left on the floor. Fewer washes, less water, less energy.
Up2You programme
Skip daily room cleaning and receive a code to download a personalised, traceable and shareable CO₂ certificate. Small gesture, real impact.
Bikes, eco cosmetics, local produce
Bike hire to explore Versilia without a car. Eco-certified toiletries in the rooms. Local and regional products at breakfast. Concrete choices, not just claims.
